升级到WP 3.9.1

把dreamhost上的WordPress升级到了3.9.1，并且安装了CleanTalk反垃圾评论插件，开放了评论看看效果如何。

    CleanTalk一天拦截了500个垃圾评论，相比之下Akismet差多了（只拦了一个）。
